Returns & Exchanges

We want every piece to feel right at home. If it doesn't, most items can be returned within 30 nights of delivery for a refund or store credit. Sign in to your account to begin a return — everything else you need to know is below.

What is your return policy?

You can return any eligible item within 30 nights of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method or for store credit. Returns must be in their original packaging and undamaged, and every return must be approved by an Elegant Strand representative first.

Returns that aren't approved or don't qualify may be declined or charged additional fees. Unauthorized returns — those outside the return window, damaged, or containing unrecognizable items or materials — may receive a partial refund or none at all. Refunds can take 3 to 7 business days to appear on your statement.

Exclusions

  • Items with custom embroidery are final sale. Due to the custom nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns for them.
  • Items marked Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Gift Card purchases are not eligible for return or exchange.

How do I return my order?

Sign in to your account to get started. Find the order you want to return, select Return next to it, and we'll email you a pre-paid shipping label. Pack the item or items in their original packaging and drop them with the carrier listed in the email.

Do you charge for return shipping?

Yes. Outbound shipping is free on qualifying orders, but a return shipping fee applies and is deducted from your refund. All refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Can I return a gift?

Yes. Gifts can be returned within 30 nights of delivery for store credit. Sign in to your account to start the return.

Can I exchange my order?

We don't offer direct exchanges. Instead, return your purchase within 30 nights for a full refund or store credit, then place a new order for what you'd like.
